Nicole McGhee Hall, CPSM – Founder & Principal Consultant
Nicole brings deep experience in transportation engineering, land development, government relations, and business development. As a Civil Engineer and graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program at Babson College, she has built a reputation for leading complex projects that balance public purpose with private momentum.

Nicole has developed a niche in CID formation, expansion, and administration, serving clients across metro Atlanta and beyond. She is known for her ability to align stakeholders, manage programs, and secure the outcomes that communities need.
